3. Why we collect your information and what your information is used for

We will only retain your personal information (such as your name) to process the results of the on-line psychometric assessment and inform you that you have completed your assessment and to present the results to you. We will retain this information and make it available to you for 7 days, after which it will be deleted.

3.3. Your information (including the results of any assessment you undertake on this website) will only be sent to the email address you provide.

3.4. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be responsible in any way for any use by any 3rd party of your personal data.

3.5. We will not share your information with any other 3rd party.

3.6. We may use aggregated data about users of our site and other statistical data, relating in particular to the on-line psychometric assessment facility, to improve our site and/or our psychometric assessment products and services, but it will not be possible to identify individuals from that aggregated data.

4. How we collect information from you


4.1. A cookie is a small text file which is transferred from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. It enables a website to “remember” who you are. We use cookies (which are temporary cookies) on our website to verify your identity when you log in, to keep track of where you are on our website and to personalise our service to you.

4.3. We keep a record of traffic data which is logged automatically by our server, such as your IP address. We also collect some site statistics such as page hits and page views.

5.1. We will keep your information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against its unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its accidental loss, destruction or damage.

5.2. We will store your assessment information for no longer than 7 days from the date we have sent the results of any assessment to you.

5.2.2. if you are a Client, at least until we have finished providing any products or services to you.
